  • What is an Art Collective? An Art Collective is a group of Artists who have come together for a specific purpose, with the idea that many people working together towards a goal are much more powerful than any individual.  In our Collective, all artists participate and help the Cause – promoting and selling each other’s art.
  • How do I become an Artist in the Collective? Please contact the Gallery via our website, and we will get in touch within 24 hours.  There is limited space at the Gallery and the Curator determines the suitability of each Artist applicant.  We encourage you to reach for the sky and get in touch!
  • Do you sell prints? On occasion, there is printed art sold at the Gallery.  Most of the time, these are high quality prints onto metal or glass.  Depending on the artwork, there is often an original work that is the basis of the print.  Sometimes this original is sold along with the print.  The Gallery takes pride in offering original works of art by preeminent Artists, which comprises over 90% of the art at the Gallery.
  • How does the Gallery promote their Artists? The Gallery has a retail location in Laguna Beach, CA, which receives over 7 million tourist per year and is widely known as a progressive art community in the United States.  The Gallery is also very active on social media and we take the time and care to post each artist and their works on our website, where customers can make inquiries or purchases.
  • Who operates the Gallery? The Gallery is an independently-owned LLC, operated by the Curator, Gracie Neidell.  The Artists play an important role in the day-to-day activities and promotion at the Gallery, so you might consider that the Gallery is operated in many ways by the Artists who display there.
  • What are the Opening Hours? Generally, the gallery is open from 12pm – 6pm daily.  However, we recommend that you get in touch prior to your visit, as the opening hours can be somewhat seasonally dependent.
  • Can I make a private appointment? The Gallery is happy to make a private showing at your convenience.  Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
  • Can the Gallery be used for Private Events? Yes, please contact us for your private party or event.
  • How will you deliver online purchases? Purchases are professionally packaged and shipped via US Postal Service, UPS, or Fedex.  Larger pieces or multiple pieces may be crated and shipped via truck freight.  Packing and shipping fees apply to all orders needing to be shipped.  Artworks dimensionally smaller than 30” x 24” are shipped at a cost of $130, and larger than that are deemed dimensionally oversized by the carriers, so the cost is $300.  We will discuss shipping options with you at the time of your purchase, or we will get in touch for online purchases should your works require crating or additional handling.
  • How do I contact the Gallery? You can contact us here via our online portal, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.  You can also reach us at 949-690-0318.

All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with the following conditions:

   * Order Acceptance Policy - Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the shipment of the Artworks ordered by you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to cancel your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

o The Artwork you ordered being unavailable from stock

o Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment

o The identification of a pricing or Artwork description error

o You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by us.

The sales contract is completed in the United States.

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase at any time.  The items in your shopping cart are not reserved for you until you pay for them.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Contract creation and electronic contracting

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

    * You place the order for your Artworks on the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website.

    * We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the Artworks you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from The Grace Galleries.

    * As your Artwork is shipped from our gallery we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.

    * Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place once shipment of the Artworks ordered has taken place, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to cancel your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

   * The Artwork you ordered being unavailable from stock.

    * Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

    * The identification of a pricing or Artwork description error.

    * You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

The contract will be concluded in English.

The details of your specific contract will not be filed by The Grace Galleries. If you require any information regarding orders you have placed with The Grace, please email us at

The Grace Galleries will normally supply goods within the USA within 5 working days of acceptance of order. Goods supplied outside the USA may sometimes take longer; this will be advised at the time of ordering. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.  The Gallery shall not be liable for losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any third party, arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

We do not accept any liability or consequential costs occurring as a result of any delay whatsoever.

Delivery is generally made via US Postal Services, UPS, or Fedex.  There is a packing and delivery charge of $130 on artworks dimensionally smaller than 30” x 24”.  Larger pieces which can still be sent via Post, UPS, or Fedex are charged $300, as the packages are dimensionally oversized to ship via these methods, requiring additional fees.  Still larger pieces, or multiple pieces, can be quoted separately, or may be crated and shipped via truck freight if this method is necessary or preferred by the customer.  The gallery will make all efforts to work with the customer to provide a good shipping experience.

Occasionally (usually for non-USA sales) we cannot determine or reasonably estimate the delivery charges at the point of ordering on the website and the customer is charged the standard delivery charge in the web site checkout process. In this case, we shall contact the customer with a quote for additional delivery charges and the customer is free to cancel the order or pay the additional charges prior to delivery.

Contract cancellation

The Grace Galleries does not accept Returns, so please be careful to have any questions answered prior to placing your order either online or in-store.
